- Improves abdominal symptoms and pain in irritable bowel syndrome. Indicated for dyspeptic complaints including flatulence, early satiety, feeling of fullness, vomiting, nausea, stomach pains, loss of appetite, constipation, fat intolerance, and irritable bowel syndrome. Used for symptomatic treatment of digestive disorders such as flatulence. Increases bile secretion.
